Election 2015: Parties disagree on powers for Scotland

The Conservative Party's UK manifesto commits the party to devolving further responsibilities to the Scottish Parliament.

Like Labour and the Liberal Democrats, they have promised to implement the recommendations of the Smith Commission which reviewed Holyrood's powers after the independence referendum.

The SNP have said they will push for maximum devolution.
