Miliband promises to work with Welsh government if made prime minister
Labour leader Ed Miliband has promised to work with the Welsh government if he is made prime minister after the general election.
In an interview with BBC Wales' political editor Nick Servini, during a visit to Barry, he said First Minister Carwyn Jones was "working with one arm tied behind his back" with the current coalition government in London.
