SNP celebrate victory in Scotland, but fall short of majority

The Scottish National Party is celebrating after winning a third term in government.

With 63 seats out of 129, it is just short of a majority but Scotland's First Minister, Nicola Sturgeon, called the result a "huge vote of confidence".
