David Cameron: 'Labour has lost touch with people'

The elections show that Labour has "completely lost touch with the hard-working people they are supposed to represent," David Cameron has said.

Addressing supporters in Peterborough, the prime minister said the Tories were "a united, one-nation, compassionate Conservative Party" which "can win, and serve the country."
