NI Assembly election: Educating voters on STV system

BBC News NI political editor Mark Devenport has been taking lots of questions lately about the single transferable vote system that's used in the Northern Ireland Assembly election.

It reminded him that back in 2004 he ran a mock election to try to explain the system.

It featured pupils from St Gemma's High School in north Belfast as well as a former election returning officer.

Hopefully, it makes the system a bit less complicated.
