Royal College of Surgeons 'worried' over waiting times

The Royal College of Surgeons in Wales said the new Welsh Government should look at new models of health and social care, while tackling high waiting times.

Tim Havard, a consultant general surgeon, said the reasons were complex but the organisation was concerned that more than 430,000 people were now waiting for treatment in Wales.
