Liz Taylor 'one of the most beautiful women in the world'

Dame Elizabeth Taylor, one of the 20th Century's biggest movie stars, has died in Los Angeles at the age of 79.

One of her best loved films was National Velvet which she made in 1944, starring alongside Angela Lansbury, who played her love-struck older sister.

She told the BBC what she thought had made Elizabeth Taylor such an icon.
