Kirsten Dunst on working with Lars Von Trier

Kirsten Dunst picked up the best actress award at the Cannes film festival for her role in Melancholia, where she plays a manic depressive.

The family drama explores depression and takes place in the shadow of an impending apocalypse.

She told BBC Breakfast that it was an "intimate" experience working with director Lars Von Trier.

The actress said some of the scenes in the film were based on things that have happened to the director.
