Camberwick Green digitally restored

The original Trumptonshire trilogy Camberwick Green, Trumpton and Chigley was created by Gordon Murray who, on his 90th birthday, decided to locate, restore and future-proof the trilogy.

Camberwick Green was the first children's animated television show to be aired in colour on the BBC in 1966.

William Mollett, Mr Murray's son-in law, and Clive Hodge from BBC Studios and post-production, joined Breakfast's Susanna Reid and Charlie Stayt to talk about the restoration of a well loved classic.
