O'Reilly: Lack of older women on TV damages society

The BBC's Director General has admitted that there are not enough older women on television.

Mark Thompson said the corporation had "got it wrong".

Radio 5 live's Richard Bacon spoke to former Countryfile presenter, Miriam O'Reilly, who was at the centre of the debate when she filed a case against the BBC for ageism and won.
