Victorian architect Augustus Pugin's 'pride and joy'

The Culture Show's Andrew Graham Dixon takes a closer look at the life and work of flamboyant Victorian architect and designer, Augustus Pugin.

Pugin celebrates his 200th anniversary this year and is best known for his neo-Gothic designs including the interiors for The Houses of Parliament and Big Ben.

This will be broadcast in full on The Culture Show Friday 2 March, 1900 GMT.
