Naomie Harris on playing Winnie Mandela

Naomie Harris talks to BBC Breakfast about her new film 'Mandela', in which she plays Winnie Mandela.

Nelson Mandela's autobiography Long Walk to Freedom has finally been made into a film, after 17 years.

The movie Mandela tells the anti-apartheid campaigner's story from his rural upbringing to how he coped with being in prison for 27 years.

Idris Elba took the eponymous role while Naomie Harris played Winnie Mandela - a "controversial and misunderstood" character, as she told BBC Breakfast's Charlie Stayt and Louise Minchin.
