Lord Sugar: I don't bully The Apprentice contestants
Lord Sugar has refuted claims that the frank way in which he speaks to contestants on BBC One's The Apprentice could be considered bullying.
He told the Today programme's Justin Rowlatt his style is simply aimed at "cutting through the nonsense".
He added: "I don't flower my words. And if I think someone's useless I'll tell them."
First broadcast on BBC Radio 4's Today programme on Tuesday 7 October.
