Painted Hall ceiling of Old Royal Naval College to be restored

The Painted Hall of the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich took two decades to paint and has been described as the "Sistine Chapel of the UK".

Work is due to begin to give the highly-decorated ceiling its first major restoration in over half a century.
