The film Jackie, a biographical drama about 1960s US First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy, has three Oscar nominations.

Natalie Portman, who played Jackie, has been nominated for an Oscar. The other nominations are for the film's costume design and musical score.

The film focuses on how the first lady strove to maintain a public show of strength while grieving after her husband's assassination in 1963.
