Every seven years the people of Seborga, an Italian village, get to elect their leader. Not the mayor, but the ruler, the Prince.

Seborga declared independence from Italy back in the 1960s and every seven years it elects a new person to take the top job. British born radio DJ, Mark Dezzani, is hoping to win this time round.
