Researchers at Oxford University have found that British voters are receiving a higher quality of news on Twitter than their American counterparts did ahead of the election of Donald Trump.
The BBC's media editor Amol Rajan has been looking at the growing generational divide over where consumers get their news, with young voters relying less on newspapers, and more on the internet and social media.
