Should you drink alcohol during pregnancy?

The latest research, carried out by University College London, has suggested pregnant women can drink one or two units of alcohol a week without harming their baby.

But current NHS guidance says it is best for women not to drink at all.

Mothers at a toddler's music group in Leeds said they received mixed messages.
