GP: 'Excited about the future of health service'

Plans to give family doctors in England control over large parts of the NHS budget have taken the health service by surprise, according to an all party committee of MPs.

The group says the decision to scrap primary care trusts will increase costs and harm services.

Graham Satchell went to meet one GP, who is already working under the new system.
