Simon Burns: No huge nursing cuts looming

The Royal College of Nursing says that, according to its research, changes to the NHS in England will result in thousands of front-line health staff losing their jobs.

The government says the reforms will make the NHS more efficient and give patients more choice.

Health Minister Simon Burns told BBC Breakfast there would be no huge cuts among front-line health staff.
