Should patients have more choice of GP surgeries?

The Patients Association is calling for an end to what it calls the "geographical straitjacket" of needing to register with a GP near where you live.

The government wants to free up the boundary areas for surgeries in England but doctors say the move would be complicated and could undermine local care.
