Ed Miliband: David Cameron is undermining the NHS

Labour leader Ed Miliband said that the government is "undermining" the NHS and its patients' care.

Mr Miliband said that controversial NHS changes in England needed to be scrapped despite revisions to the plans recommended by an independent review.

David Cameron said ministers had listened to fears about increased competition and more powers for GPs and would now slow the pace of change.
