NHS chiefs' waiting times warning

Financial problems in the NHS are likely to cause a rise in waiting times in England, health chiefs believe.

The NHS confederation says it will become harder to treat patients quickly as financial pressures grow.

Patients have the right to expect routine treatment within 18 weeks.
