As funds are raised for Children in Need, the BBC's Richard Westcott reports on how the money has changed the lives of one mother and her toddler.

Priscillah Mudzingwa gets much-needed respite when her daughter, Angela, receives specialist care for her heart condition from a CIN-funded nurse, Mandy Haugh.
