NHS plans: Unions move to 'outright opposition'

Nurses and midwives have announced they will fight the government's plans for a major shake up of the NHS in England.

Their two organisations, the Royal College of Nursing and the Royal College of Midwives, say they have moved to outright opposition after the coalition failed to meet their concerns.
