Royal College of GPs rejects NHS plans for England

The Royal College of GPs has said the government's planned changes to the NHS in England should be scrapped.

The proposals would give family doctors more control over their budgets, but some GPs say the changes would damage patient care.

The BBC's Jane Hughes reports.
