Cancer patient: 'I stopped chemotherapy'

Breaking bad news to someone is one of the hardest things to do and many doctors frequently have to do it as part of their job.

Kate Granger, a doctor who has been diagnosed with a rare form of cancer, thinks they often do not get it right and she has seen it from both sides.

Along with Dr Mandy Barnett, a palliative care specialist, Kate discusses the best way doctors can talk to patients about a difficult diagnosis, and her decision to stop chemotherapy.
