Doctors warn one in four children Vitamin D deficient

Doctors have warned Vitamin D deficiency is becoming an increasing problem in the UK, with a quarter of children not getting enough.

The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health is launching a campaign to raise awareness of the issue.

Dr Barbara Murray, who is a GP, told BBC Breakfast that at least half of white people and 90% of the mutli-ethnic population are also affected.
