Can an extra hour of sleep have radical health benefits?

A research team at the Surrey Sleep Research Centre have been trying to discover whether an extra hour's sleep could have radical health benefits.

Dr Michael Mosley told BBC Breakfast that "On average we do need around seven and half to eight hours sleep".
