Quarter of hospitals 'at raised risk of poor care'

A quarter of hospital trusts in England are at a raised risk of providing poor care, a review by the Care Quality Commission has said.

The report, led by Professor Mike Richards, examined death rates, serious errors and patient surveys and found 44 out of 161 trusts fell into the two highest risk categories.
