Named GPs for frail is a 'welcome proposal', says BMA

The British Medical Association has said that a government plan to give the most frail patients in England a named GP to co-ordinate their care is a "welcome proposal."

Dr Richard Vautrey from the BMA said that the plans would mean GPs would have more time to spend on patient care.
