One hospital's struggle to stub out smoking

Smoking should be banned in all NHS hospital grounds in England, according to the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence.

Most hospitals already have no smoking policies, but struggle to ensure they are kept.

The BBC's Ben Bland reports from Addenbrooke's in Cambridge, a hospital that has been trying to enforce rules on smoking since 2006.
