Dry January: Could you go 31 days without alcohol?

Some people took on the challenge of giving up alcohol for 31 days in January.

The aim was to make people think about their consumption and to lose weight, save money and make changes.

Dr James Kingsland, an ambassador for the campaign, and Helen Whewell, a participant in the scheme, spoke to BBC Breakfast.
