NHS warned it 'could go bust without radical change'
The head of the health watchdog the Care Quality Commission has made a strong attack on the NHS in England, saying it will go bust without radical change.
David Prior also said the organisation stigmatises those who try to speak out.
The Department of Health says it is trying to eradicate poor care and supports openness.
