Complex NHS complaints system 'puts off' patients
Patients in England are being "put off" from making complaints about the NHS due to the "complexity" of the system, the head of the patients' watchdog has said.
Anna Bradley, chair of Healthwatch England, told BBC Radio 4's Today programme that people are unable to "navigate" the complaints system.
