Obesity: NHS backs 'lose a little, keep it off' plans
People are being encouraged to "lose a little and keep it off" for life, in new weight loss guidelines for the NHS in England.
The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) wants overweight people to lose 3% of their weight over a year - and avoid "yo-yo" dieting.
