Ebola victim arrives in Spain under tight security

Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf has declared a state of emergency after an outbreak of the deadly Ebola virus.

As the World Health Organization discussed its response to the situation, a Spanish priest who contracted the virus while working in Liberia has been flown back to Spain for treatment,
