Dementia patients 'face unfair care tax'
A study suggests that people with dementia, and their families, face care costs that are equivalent to more than £20,000 a year.
This includes paying for help such as washing and dressing.
The research, carried out by the London School of Economics and King's College London, has been published by the Alzheimer's Society.
Dominic Hughes reports.
