'We've got to make sure people don't act on fear'

Dr Craig Spencer returned a few days ago from Guinea, where he had been working for the charity Medecins sans Frontieres and became ill on Thursday.
New York City Council member Mark Levine, whose district includes West Harlem where Dr Spencer lives, told Today presenter James Naughtie:
"The first emotion when you hear about a deadly virus is fear and we've got to make sure people don't act on fear."
