Health Secretary asked to intervene in NHS complaints

A campaign group for the rights of patients is calling on the Health Secretary to intervene in the way complaints about the NHS in England are handled.

The Patients Association says it has been contacted by more than 100 families since it warned last month that the Health Service Ombudsman was failing.
