Jeremy Hunt: 'NHS winter funding boost 'has made difference'

Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt says extra winter NHS funding this year has made a difference, with more people seen in A&E departments.

He told the Commons that £700m of extra funding had been allocated this winter.

But Labour has said the service was "at breaking point" in some places with "major incidents" being declared at 14 hospitals in England.
