Delays in hospital discharges put pressure on A&E

Waiting times for A&E patients in England are still being missed despite a slight improvement this week.

This week 92.9% of patients were seen within four hours, still below the government's target of 95%.

The BBC's health correspondent Dominic Hughes reports on the alternatives to being treated in hospital.
