Children's disability diagnosis taking up to 2 years

Some disabled children have been waiting more than two years for a diagnosis, according to a survey carried out by the British Academy of Childhood Disability.

One paediatrician told the BBC that she, along with many of her colleagues, sent referrals back to GPs, deliberately delaying a child's care so that they could meet government targets.

The BBC's Disability News Correspondent Nikki Fox has this exclusive report.
