Lords approve three-person baby law

The UK has become the first country in the world to approve laws which allow the creation of IVF babies using DNA from three people.

Members of the House of Lords have approved the modified version of IVF.

The next step is for the fertility regulator to decide to to license the procedure.

James Gallagher reports.
