Mental health proposals: Greater role for patients and families

A consultation has been launched by the government to end what it calls "the horror of families feeling they aren't listened to".

The proposals give people in England with autism, learning disabilities and mental health conditions - and their families - greater control over their care.

The BBC's disability affairs correspondent, Nikki Fox, reports.
