Drama therapy in Rio

Mental health problems are known to be among the trickiest conditions to treat.

Medication is central to mainstream treatments, but there are others who say that the arts have a major role to play. One doctor in Brazil says his drama therapy has helped cure his patients and that, controversially, he's been able to relegate medication to a last resort.

Our reporter Ben Tavener went to visit the group in Rio de Janeiro.
