Adults warned to get more active

Millions of adults in England spend less than ten minutes each month walking at a brisk pace putting their health at risk, according to experts.

Public Health England estimates four out of every 10 40 to 60-year-olds take a brisk 10-minute walk less frequently than once a month.

Julia Bradbury is a TV presenter and outdoor walking enthusiast and explains how she builds walking time into her busy life.
