Tasting tyrants' favourite foods

What did some of history's most notorious tyrants like to eat? That's the question behind authors Victoria Clark and Melissa Scott's Dictators' Dinners: A Bad Taste Guide to Entertaining Tyrants.

The Today programme's Sarah Montague and former British Ambassador to the US Sir Christopher Meyer join them to taste the favourite foods of Joseph Stalin, Idi Amin, Saddam Hussein and Benito Mussolini.

First broadcast on BBC Radio 4's Today programme on Friday 5 December.
