Inside Syria's prisons: 'I became numb to death'
It is nearly five years since a government crackdown on peaceful protesters in Syria.
Since then a civil war has left more than 250,000 dead.
The government claims that it is fighting terrorism and has established a special terrorism court.
The BBC's Lina Sinjab in Beirut met one man, an artist, who was referred to this court.
He later bribed his way out of prison and out of Syria.
