'You just never know if you'll make it back'

Michelle works as a paramedic in one of the world's most violent cities - the Venezuelan capital, Caracas.

She was just 13 when she first volunteered as one.

We followed her for 24 hours in a city riddled with murder and traffic accidents.

Filmed by Jack Slater and produced by Vladimir Hernandez
